Voluminous dresses, shimmering gold, bright pink: SABINE KARNER presented an evening dress collection at MQ VIENNA FASHIONWEEK 2023 that turns women into queens.
It started with a red evening dress with a flowing cape of dark red tulle – the beginning of a strong comeback for the Viennese designer, who took a two-year break from the MQ VIENNA FASHION WEEK. SABINE KARNER did not let the time go to waste, gathering inspirations and ideas that are well worth seeing. Large bows, gold shimmering pleating, feather details, classic plaid, stripes and floral patterns: SABINE KARNER united all of these in a unique way under the motto “more is more” to create a harmonious work of art. The voluminous looks in a colour palette ranging from fuchsia, pink, red to bordeaux conveyed self-confidence, strength and at the same time a wonderful lightness.
The show was rounded off by SABINE KARNER’s graceful wedding dress collection: refreshingly clear cuts, softly falling fabrics refined with loving details. The gowns, radiant in off-white and ivory, enchanted the visitors with their timeless elegance, simple design and individuality. The fashion designer’s joy at the successful show, which was rewarded with loud applause, was visibly written all over her face.
